Please send me a picture of the item in question. I will let you know if it may be returned to me. If I decide on yes you may, I will refund your money as soon as I receive it back, excluding return postage. I will only refund price and original shipping cost.

Please message me if you have metal allergies. I have plastic ear wires and posts that I can easily exchange them to at no extra cost.
